Use and Terms
Use of Joeslist.net Service constitutes acceptance of Joeslist.net terms and conditions. In this document, the usage of 'us', 'we', 'our', 'ours' shall constitute reference to Joeslist.net, and the usage of 'you', 'your', 'they', 'them' shall refer to the user, client, or customer of Joeslist.net.
We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions, or our services, at any time without prior notice. Notice of any terms and conditions revision will be posted online in accordance with these terms and conditions. All users of Joeslist.net services must comply with these terms & conditions or cease using our services.
We don't censor nor exercise editorial control over materials created by our clients. However, we may remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate these terms and conditions. Joeslist.net may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged criminal/civil wrongdoing.
This document is intended to provide a basic understanding of our terms and conditions. The following are guidelines for the establishment and enforcement of Joeslist.net terms and conditions. If a Joeslist.net account violates these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your service without notice. We prefer to advise customers of inappropriate behavior and any necessary corrective action, however, based on the nature of the violation, immediate termination of service could result.
The following constitute violations of these terms and conditions (not an exhaustive list):
- Illegal Activities: Joeslist.net services may not be used for or in support of illegal purposes. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of suspected wrongdoing.
- Harm or Endangerment to other people: You may not use our service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to CSAM, or use our service to transmit any material that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.
- Forgery or impersonation: Modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited.
- Unsolicited E-mail and other Spam: Spam is a scourge and we are strongly against it. Because we do not want to be associated with spam in any way, users must adhere to our strict Spam Policies below.
- Bulk Email: The use of our network in any way either directly or indirectly to send bulk email (whether opt-in or otherwise), and the use of bulk email to promote a site via our network is strictly forbidden.
- Misuse of System Resources: Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of Joeslist.net is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: consuming excessive memory, CPU time or Server Bandwidth, and may result in an immediate suspension of service.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: Use of the Joeslist.net service to transmit or traffic in any material that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party is prohibited.
- Personally Identifiable Information: Use of the Joeslist.net service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent is not allowed.
- Network disruptions : Use of the our service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use our services or the Internet is prohibited. This includes denial of service attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited.
- Account Security: We will not tolerate any subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data. Use of the Joeslist.net service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of our or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending Joeslist.net account is subject to immediate termination and possible legal prosecution.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest or employee. You must take steps to ensure that others do not gain access to your account.
- Network Security: Joeslist.net accounts operate on shared network resources. Excessive use or abuse of these resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account.
REPORTING VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Joeslist.net requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of these terms and conditions to direct the information to us. If possible, please provide the IP address/domain used to commit the violation, date and time of the violation, and evidence of the violation.
FURTHER TERMS OF SERVICE
No Bots
By accessing or using Joeslist.net, you agree that all traffic must originate from human users only. You are strictly prohibited from accessing our services using automated systems, tools, scripts, or bots. We reserve the right to monitor and restrict access to any accounts that are found to violate this policy.
Best-Effort Basis
We provide our services on a best-effort basis and strive to deliver high-quality service in good faith. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any issues arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, interruptions, or incomplete services. Your reliance on our services is at your own risk and we appreciate the faith that you have placed in us.
No Warranty
We provide our services "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will meet your specific requirements. You acknowledge and agree that your use of our services is at your own risk.
Cookie Policy

Acceptance of Contractual Agreement
Client agrees that by using our services or by placing an order either by means of electronic ordering (web order form) or submitting a written contract, and receipt of such order by us, that you agree to our terms of service. No modifications of such a contract by client is allowed.
Payment and fees
Establishment of paid services is contingent upon receipt of payment from Customer to us. Payment is due on the defined recurring billing date. Service will be interrupted on overdue accounts.
Refunds
There is no right to a refund. Refunds will be given at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.
Delinquent Accounts
We may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon failure of a Customer to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Customer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued service fees, or any collection fees.
Account Cancellation
Cancellation can be made via email. Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees paid for service up to the notice of cancellation are non-refundable.
Refunds and Disputes
All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. Disputed charges to your credit card issuer (chargebacks) will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees to restore the desired service.
Security of Client Data
Joeslist.net is not responsible for the security of the data in your account. We advise that you keep backups of your data. If data loss occurs, you the client are responsible for data restoration. We are not liable for loss of data under any circumstance.
Suspension
Activity which results in a suspension or deactivation of an account will result in a forfeiture of fees paid. Complaints made regarding abuses of an account may be grounds for suspension.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
ANTI-SPAM POLICIES
Joeslist.net is committed to stopping spam.
To report Joeslist.net-related spam to us, please send us a message with the subject 'Abuse'. Be sure to include details or a copy of the offending email to help us identify the offending account.
What is Spam?
In simple terms Spam is a message advertising goods or services that is sent to someone without their prior consent or without a previous relationship, or messages posted on Usenet and message boards, unrelated to the topic of discussion, or sent/posted excessively, or solicitations posted on chat rooms or by Instant Messaging system.
Prohibition of Spam
Joeslist.net prohibits the sending of spam of any kind and may terminate any member who violates our Anti-Spam policies. If you spam, even if Joeslist.net services are only indirectly involved in it, you will face having your account terminated with a $250 cleanup fee, as well as being reported to your provider as a spam source, and being reported to authorities.
